The location of my stay was simply incredible, just a short walk from the station and next to a mall for all my shopping needs! The room was spotless and offered comfort after a long day of exploration. Plus, having a traditional onsen nearby that welcomes tattooed guests was such a bonus!

The Hollywood twin room was spacious with a good layout. Loved the convenience of having the Aeon mall right across the street for late-night snacks and groceries. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in less stressful. However, the lack of soundproofing made it tough to get a good night's sleep. I could hear conversations in the hallway and other rooms. The laundry facility had only two machines, which were busy during peak times, making it hard to get laundry done when needed. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and location, but the noise level and laundry situation need addressing.

Super clean and spacious Double Room. It was a few blocks from the train station and right across from a large mall with tons of food options. The individual heating was a nice touch. They stored our luggage before check-in, which was super convenient. Highly recommend this spot! 😊

Cleanliness was a big issue. found dust under beds, dirty towels with hairs, and a clogged bathtub. The noise level was bothersome with thin walls, allowing conversations from the hallway to seep in. Room service only came every three days, which isn't ideal, especially considering the small bin provided fills up quickly. Tax transparency was lacking, as I was hit with an unexpected charge at check-in after pre-paying.
